Easy peanut butter cookie recipe?
I’m not sure why, as most peanut butter cookie recipes are pretty much the same, but this recipe from Gail Gand on the Food Network site makes BAR NONE the best peanut butter cookies ever!! It’s pretty easy and you can use a bit more peanut butter than the recipe calls for. Really, these are the BEST. Just ignore the grape jelly ice cream part and make the cookies. Use parchment paper over the cookie sheet to keep the bottoms from burning.
